All Star II "swag" (T-shirt) ordering Information for 2011

ORDERS ARE DUE BY SUNDAY, JUNE 19.

Shirts will be paid for and picked up on Star. Please bring a check to the Island made out to All Star II.

Submit your order electronically. Here’s how: The order form document (link below) is an editable PDF file. Review pages 2-4 to choose styles, colors, and designs. Type in your order info into the form itself on your computer screen, Save As, and email your saved version of the PDF document to us at mailto:chairs2011@allstar2.org.

Right-click the link below and select "Save Linked File As..." or "Save File As..."

TIPS for using the PDF order form:

If you are using a Mac, open the PDF form with the Mac Preview app (in your Applications folder), which will allow you to edit and Save As. Then email your edited, saved version back to us as an email attachment.

If you are using a PC, open the PDF form with your favorite PDF viewer (one that lets you edit PDF documents). Then email your edited, saved form back to us as an email attachment.

Adobe Reader won't work because it won't let you save the form and the "submit order" button won't work either.

Adobe Acrobat works great (the standard version or any other variation).
