How to Apply

Applications for financial aid (the "Ginny Levine Fund" or GLF) may be submitted on-line. Fill out the Financial Aid Application Form and send your application at about the same time that you apply for admission to the All Star II Family Conference. Aid applications received after March 10th will be considered only if available funds permit.

Confidentiality

Your financial aid application and information about any award are shared only among the GLF committee members and has no bearing on your acceptance to the All Star II Family Conference.

Determining Awards

After the All Star II Chairs have determined who has been admitted to the conference and who is on the waiting list, the GLF committee confer to share application information and determine awards for applicants who have been accepted to the conference. "The GLF committee will try to honor applicants' requests but the budgeted funds may limit the amount of money that can be awarded per individual.

Notification of GLF Awards

You will be contacted by Mary Ellen Mellen via email, phone or letter approximately one week after you receive your All Star II Family Conference acceptance letter or waiting list letter. This usually occurs between mid-March and early April.

Payment of Awards

The All Star II Treasurer will pay the appropriate money to the Oceanic Hotel and credit the amount of the award to the recipient's hotel bill.
