The All Star II conference will host a large number of children. The smaller children, Nestlings (ages 0-2) and Skimmers (ages 3-4), Puffins (ages 5 and 6) are taken care of by staff people, but in some years there are many children in one or more of these age groups. They need an extra set of hands to help out with these young ones on most days. We are asking you to coordinate having parents with children in these groups volunteer for one session (or more if necessary), morning or afternoon, during the week. To coordinate names and times, please contact the Children's Program Coordinator soon. Also, check with the people in charge of Baby-sitting during Adult Social Hour so that parents are not “booked” twice in one day. Get that name from the Chairs if it has not already been given to you. We hope all will join in to make this assignment easier and enjoyable for everyone involved.
